We've already got SCP-5555-J that makes teeny versions of Foundation staff and SCP objects.
This seems like a generic input/output item, and isn't really interesting given that we've already got several "generates random things" articles out there already. Furthermore, it seems like this would rely far too much on other existing articles that you didn't write.
